NVQ Level 1 Food and Drink Service and NVQ Level 1 Food Preparation and Cooking. All training takes place in our busy and friendly coffee shop, where we have delicious home made food and excellent customer service.

Essential Food Hygiene Training

We offer the Level 2 award in Food Safety in Catering and the Level 1 Certificate in Food Hygiene Awareness. Both courses are accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health, and essential for anyone working in a catering environment.

Barista Coffee Training

At The Avenue, our other popular coffee venue in Wallace Avenue, we have excellent coffee making facilities, that allow us to offer Barista standard coffee training. Learn how to make a latte, Americano and cappucino.
